Get a long wooden pole and fix screw-in eyes top and bottom, then when it’s not in use it’s just an innocent spare bit of wood, or screw them in under the bed and when removed you’ll just have a couple of small holes nobody will see.

abroller can be used in creative ways.
bar stools give a lot of good tie down points.PannourParticipantAt a minimum, I’d want a good steel or wrought iron bed with a headboard & footboard. You can usually leave the chains attached and stuff them between the mattress & box-spring so you can be chained down quickly..
Massage tables are another option, most fold up and stuff into a bag, & they’re usually narrow enough so your Dom can work both sides.. with enough rope, you can be made completely immobile, while still being fairly comfortable.. And they can be easily explained if Mom comes to visit & notices it.. The best part is the price, check Craigslist and you’ll often find really nice ones for under $100..
AppiraceParticipantIf you want to play in bed and don’t want the headboard because of the noise, you can use your box spring to attach your eyelets, loops, ect to, or even your bag idea between the box spring and mattress… that way you don’t run the risk of “damaging” your place, you have something sturdy to be anchored to, and you don’t run the risk of some random person asking questions… plus you have the privacy of your room for when that baby starts walking!!!
If you are looking for variety tho, they do make those hooks that you hang over the top of doors… kind of like the ones for Christmas wreathes. You could use those and move them around the house, take them down when you are done, or even leave them up since they are used for coats or robes or whatnot… or even find other places or things to hook them on to… look around for furniture that has legs or even something simple like a computer chair on wheels. Find a cedar chest with legs. Very functional in the home, yet can be used for play without any suspicions…
Huchicark80ParticipantI use to mounted eye bolts to my bed frame which was a mental bed frame. Unfortunately the two I did this to I kept bending the bed frame legs.
I forgot to add this but you could get two or three adjustable tie downs long enough to go between mattress and box spring. Cut the Hooks off with a hack saw and get spring loaded D rings that hand a lot of stress. That way you can adjust them to stick out of the mattress and use the D rings with the restraints. Then once play is done you can remove them from under the mattress put them out of the questionable eyes.
Huchicark80ParticipantWell we have the njoy pure plugs in a large and the 2.0. They are great for long term wear, although the 2.0 is a little hard to sit down on due to the handle. Master also bought the eleven for ones birthday. Now that is a great toy 🙂
IntentookeyParticipantSo happy to find this group. I love all the toys they make, the only one I don’t have is the Eleven. The first one I bought was the Fun Wand and I got it so I could use it inside my girlfriend while I went down on her. She was kind of iffy on it, but when I stuck it up my ass… WOW! That was the first time I’ve milked my prostate and I haven’t looked back. I also bought the Pure Wand, which is now my preferred prostate massager and, I think, the best value and most universally useful sex toy I have ever owned.
Then the P-Fun Plug. Which I love but is too small for me and falls out in the wrong position. I bought my girlfriend a medium Pure Plug, which we both love. She loves it because she cums so hard wearing it and I love feeling it in her ass when I’m inside her pussy.
Finally the big purchase… The Pure Plug 2.0. What bliss. I love what a struggle it is to get it in my ass, and then the amazing feeling the weight of it is in my ass.
Seriously looking at the Eleven, which might be perfect for my girlfriend, but I’m pretty sure is too big for my tight little ass. But if I can get 2.0 in, who knows.
FortannigeParticipantPersonally, it was a problem. There were also issues due to stomach cramps. There is no delicate way to put this so… it is very hard to pass wind with it in and over time the gases build up and cause cramping. The fluting on the side of the 2.0 is inadequate as a vent and one has chatted to a couple of people who have had this issued. It is OK for short term wear, but it is not a favourite for long term.
There is a large one that weighs in at just under 11oz (310g for the rest of the world). None of the issues and more of the fun 🙂
HillectParticipantI ran into the same sort of venting issues with the 2.0. The problem is that the lower edge is flatter than the smaller plugs, and forms a more effective seal.
The short term fix is to reach around now and then and rock the handle back up towards your tailbone to break the seal.
And I’m happy to report that with plenty of practice you can get enough awareness and control/relaxation there to be able to vent naturally. So keep at it, 2.0 fans 🙂
Doony1975ParticipantI have the Njoy pure wand and I love it! The smaller end is great for sliding in and out, while the larger end is nice for just holding in my vagina and wiggling a bit. It provides countless possibilities for hitting all those fun spots in my vagina and I haven’t even tried it in my ass. It seriously is the best sex toy I own and I adore it. I am so glad that I found this group of fellow Njoy appreciators.
Doony1975ParticipantMy partner does aerial fabric and we have been experimenting with mixing rope and fabric… for pain it seems that both can be more or less painful – it is just a different kind of pain 😉
However I would say that for self-suspension fabric might be the less painful way if you are careful to place the fabric correctlyWhadvatedParticipantYep, I’m an aerialist who also does self-suspension/rigging. Love mixing fabric and rope for a zen affect. Nice to cradled the head in a fabric cocoon or drap the material over the suspended person. I also like having a hammock of aerial silk to facilitate staying airborn for dupe rational periods and the diversity of textures etc. I recommend at least 7 yards of fabric. I got 5 yards and found it slightly on the short side. Have fun!
I’ll also add that I use both polyester and tricot fabrics and much prefer the tricot. It’s slippery cool, and if you are buying from FabricDepo in Texas, the cuts are very wide so you have a lot of fabric to play with. It’s also slight transparent which is beautiful.HaveretwoundParticipantMy wife and I have been doing some aerial silk acrobatics classes. My teacher has a bull rope there, and helped me compare the same suspension techniques on rope and silks. The silks are far less painful and more forgiving. Crotch suspensions are not weird on the silks.
A possibly more interesting bit is the culture. Kids in middle school are encouraged to do self suspensions 15 feet up on the silks with dynamic 8-10 foot drops, with 1 demo and minimal supervision before trying hard stuff. Being inverted for prolonged periods is just something folks get used to on day 1. Pain is a given that all the vanilla class goers just get used to. Dynamics (big rolls, twists, and drops in the air) are totally the norm – fear just doesn’t seem to be on the menu. The level of core, arm, and leg strength that is expected, for you to be able to play is, frankly, awesome. Coming into rope with that background could be pretty amazing.
Beell1979ParticipantMost Japanese professional rope masters who I have met said this ;
‘100% credit should go to the model in the show, not to me’
Almost everyone has said the same.
I think post is spot-on. That’s the traditional Japanese concept for the Kinbaku show(or photo shoots, whatever).
To me it seems that a lot of Japanese riggers purely want to be a humble craftsman in the show whereas many Western ones want to be an artist in their own right.
(no one should say meaningless things like, which way is better/true, etc. Nothing is better. Both are good)Even if people don’t come to the riggers and don’t compliment them in their face, I am sure people appreciate the rope work somehow. Appreciations don’t always have to be visible and direct.
Maybe there is a big (cultural) difference between the Japanese way of thinking and the Western way of it? I don’t know… But I personally think that in general Western people want appreciation and compliment a lot more than we do.
(e.g. The reaction after you compliment someone is quite distinctive. As far as I have seen, in the West, most people would reply ‘thank you’. But in Japan, people often would say ‘oh no, it is not like that, you don’t have to compliment, but thanks anyway…’ etc, etc)Tindst79ParticipantThere are big cultural differences between Japan and the West and manyy westerners don’t see it or frankly don’t really care. Humility is not a big or important thing to most in the west.
Personally I look at it this way. It is the model that makes my rope look good. What I do isn’t all that special or notable.
In my trips to Japan it is obvious that interactions are very different that what we grew up with in the west. If one goes to Japan or does Kinbaku thinking it’s all about them, in my opinion they miss the true essence of the art.
Thank you for sharing this…
